Application

Reagenz für die spektrophotometrischen Bestimmung von Selen

3,3′-Diaminobenzidin-Tetrahydrochlorid wurde für die Immunhistochemie verwendet.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Peroxidase-Substrat für die Anwendung in Immunblotting- und immunhistologischen Färbeverfahren. Das Substrat produziert ein unlösliches Endprodukt mit brauner Färbung, das visuell abgelesen werden kann.

3,3′-Diaminobenzidin-Tetrahydrochlorid ist ein chromogenes Substrat, das häufig in Immunperoxidase-Tests eingesetzt wird.

Preparation Note

1 Tablette in 15 ml Tris-gepufferter Kochsalzlösung, pH 7,6, auflösen. 12 μl frisches 30%iges Wasserstoffperoxid hinzufügen. Die DAB- und Wasserstoffperoxidkonzentrationen können der jeweiligen Anwendung individuell angepasst werden.
