Website and Ordering Changes for MilliporeSigma in Canada

• On July 1^st 2023, MilliporeSigma’s commercial business in Canada will be restructured.  MilliporeSigma is the U.S. and Canada Life Science business of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany.
• This business is currently operated in Canada through four legal entities, Sigma-Aldrich Canada Ltd, Millipore (Canada) Ltd, Natrix Separations Inc, and EMD Chemicals Inc.
• These legal entities will be consolidated into one single entity, which will be named MilliporeSigma Canada Ltd.  

As a customer, you will benefit from this development by having one partner for the whole Life Science portfolio.

You will benefit from this development since MilliporeSigma will serve the customers of its Life Science business in Canada via one legal entity which will have access to the entire Life Science portfolio.

eCommerce Updates

Coinciding with the consolidation, there will be changes to our websites and online ordering routes.

Following the consolidation, all Life Science eCommerce transactions will be conducted through www.sigmaaldrich.com. The www.emdmillipore.com website will continue to be available as an informational site providing access to product information, safety, and quality documents, including Emprove^® dossiers.

The sigmaaldrich.com website displays real-time, customer-specific pricing for all products, including products previously ordered via emdmillipore.com.

As part of the transition, web credentials (login and/or password) may have changed for some users:

• If you placed orders via sigmaaldrich.com, you can continue to use your sigmaaldrich.com login details and password without change.
• If you only placed orders via emdmillipore.com, you are able to use the same login details (usually your email address) on sigmaaldrich.com but you need to update your password as we cannot migrate the encrypted password from one site to the other.

Data Privacy Notice

As a result of our corporate reorganization, in order for us to continue processing your customer data in support of our contractual relationship, it is necessary that we transfer your customer data from Millipore Canada Ltd, Natrix Separations Inc, and EMD Chemicals Inc. (as applicable) to MilliporeSigma Canada Ltd.
