General description

NKp44-human crystallizable fragment (Fc) fusion protein.

Specificity

Clone 3.43.13 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that detects human Natural cytotoxicity triggering receptor 2 (NKp44) protein.

Application

Evaluated by Flow Cytometry in rhIL-2 stimulated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) for 7 days (100 U per mL).

Flow Cytometry Analysis: 1 µg of this antibody detected NKp44 (CD336) in rhIL-2 stimulated one million human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) for 7 days (100 U per mL).

Physical properties

30.68 kDa calculated.

Physical form

Purified mouse monoclonal antibody IgG1 in PBS without any preservatives.

Storage and Stability

Stable for 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt. Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance.
