Application

Sodium methoxide may be used as a derivatization reagent to enhance the sensitivity of detection for the subsequent determination of organonitrogen herbicides and fungicide analytes in food samples, and bound fatty acids from acylglycerols, alkylacylglycerols, galactosyldiacylglycerols, glycerophospholipids, and sterol esters by gas chromatography (GC) based techniques.
