In order to maintain the high quality product deliveries, the following update applies to our freight charges for Science & Lab Solutions products.
- All customer orders are charged 625 CZK (without VAT) Standard Freight Charge.
- We provide a 50% discount on the Standard Freight Charge for orders placed through our e-shop.
- A surcharge of 755 CZK (without VAT) is applied to all products delivered on ice.
- Charges for Process Solutions products are set separately.
User manual in local language may not be available for each Lab Equipment and other small lab devices in our portfolio. Please contact our local office to get more information on availability.
For information on disposal/return of used Spectroquant® Cell Tests contact our local office to get more information.
For chemicals with a specified exspiry date, Merck provides products with an exspiry date of at least 3 month after delivery date. For chemicals with an exspiry date of less than one year, Merck provides the exspiry date of the specific batch upon a customer’s request.
