General description
Application
- Pressurized planar electrochromatography of DNS amino acids derivatives in silica gel and silanized silica gel systems with formic acid addition to the water mobile phase.: This study investigates the separation of dansyl (DNS) derivatives of amino acids using pressurized planar electrochromatography (PPEC) in both silica gel and silanized silica gel systems. The results highlight differences in separation selectivity due to the electrophoretic effect present in PPEC, unlike in high-performance thin-layer chromatography (HPTLC) systems (Chomicki et al., 2021).
- Thin-layer chromatography of DNS amino acids derivatives in systems with silica gel and silanized silica gel plates.: This research explores the separation selectivity of DNS derivatives of amino acids using HPTLC on Silica gel 60 F254 plates and RP-18 W plates. Various acetonitrile concentrations in formic acid water solutions were tested, revealing significant differences between the two systems (Chomicki et al., 2022).
- Determination of β-blocking receptor drugs in silica gel TLC systems with the mobile phase containing surfactant.: This paper investigates the use of silica gel TLC plates with surfactant-containing mobile phases for the separation and quantitative analysis of β-blocking receptor drugs. The environmentally friendly method provides accurate LOD and LOQ values for various drugs (Traczuk and Polak, 2022).
