- Can be used for depletion of albumin from serum.
- Cibacron Blue F3G-A, the ligand, is covalently attached to the highly cross-linked Agarose medium and is stable over a pH range of 4 to 12 for use and 3 to 13 for cleaning.
- The columns can be operated with a syringe, peristaltic pump, or liquid chromatography system such as ÄKTA® design or FPLC™ System.
