General description

Tryptic Soy Agar + LTHTh - ICR settle plate is designed for the determination of the total microbial aerobic count in Clean rooms and Isolators. Settle plates are used for air and personnel monitoring. Tryptic soy agar is a complex medium for cultivation and isolation of a wide range of bacteria, yeasts and molds. The formulation of the Soybean Casein-Digest medium contains a combination of casein and soy peptones supplying organic nitrogen, particularly amino acids and longer-chained peptides.
