Information on hazardous chemical reagents under the Chemical Substances Control Act

If you purchase hazardous chemical reagents under the Chemical Substances Control Act, please be aware of the following. 

1) Reagents for experiments, research, or testing can only be used for that purpose.

If you want to use it for purposes other than research, a separate procedure is necessary. Please contact our customer center for purchasing. You may not use the hazardous chemical reagent products purchased for purposes other than research without making further inquiries.

2) When handling, you must comply with the Criteria for Handling Hazardous Chemical Substances. 

Anyone handling hazardous chemicals must comply with the handling criteria, and the detailed criteria can be verified in [Enforcement Rule of the Chemical Substances Control Act Attached Table 1].

3) You must comply with the necessary detailed criteria for courier safety containers and packaging of hazardous chemicals.

Transportation of hazardous chemical reagents or samples by courier is prohibited if they are explosive or flammable, or if they contain chemicals with highly acute inhalation toxicity. You can check the relevant materials below.
