General description

Coagulation Factor XII, Human Plasma, CAS 9001-30-3, is a native coagulation factor XI that once activated (principally by kallikrein), is converted to Factor α-XIIa.
Native coagulation factor XII from human plasma. A single-chain polypeptide which, once activated (principally from the action of kallikrein), is converted to Factor α-XIIa. Factor α-XIIa then converts Factor XI to Factor XIa.
