Specificity

Mouse resistin. Resistin is a protein produced by adipose tissue and released into the circulation that has been linked to insulin resistance and dietary obesity. The protein has been shown to be regulated by the anti-diabetic thiazolidinedione class of drugs.

Immunogen

Synthetic peptide from mouse resistin (aa 83-91).

Application

Detect Resistin using this Anti-Resistin Antibody validated for use in ELISA, WB & IC.
Immunoblotting: 1:500-1:1,000.

Immunocytochemistry: 1:150-1:300

ELISA: 1:20,000

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
