General description

The CompoZr Targeted Integration Kit - mRosa26 is designed to rapidly integrate a user-specified gene of interest (GOI) into the preferred site of integration in the mouse genome, the Rosa 26 locus. The well characterized Zinc Finger Nucleases (ZFNs) in this kit target the Rosa26 locus with high specificity, creating a double strand break. ZFN treated cells then use a pZDonor plasmid with homology arms to the Rosa26 genomic locus to repair the ZFN created double stranded break by the natural repair process of homology directed repair. The pZDonor plasmid can be engineered to contain your GOI and will direct targeted integration of your GOI into the Rosa26 locus. <>The CompoZr Targeted Integration Kit - mRosa26 provides a common integration site within a defined locus to generate stable, uniform transgene expression levels.
