General description

The easy-open, easy-close design of the Flex-Tube provides convenient, ergonomic, and reliable one-handed operation. Whether sample preparation, centrifugation or storage – the Flex-Tube fit perfectly into your workflows. This is the successor to the renowned first microcentrifuge tube 3810 from Eppendorf. The idea of manufacturing a 1.5 mL plastic test tube was born out of the necessity to introduce an appropriate container into the automatic clinical analyzers developed by Eppendorf in 1962. The tried and tested design with invaluable features shows perfect sealing qualities, excellent chemical stability and optimal construction materials for resisting the demands of centrifugal forces. As they are easy to open and close securely, The Eppendorf Flex-Tubes off er comfort and dependability for sample preparation, centrifugation and storage. One vessel for all applications in molecular biology, chemistry and bioche mistry – safer than ever. The Eppendorf Flex-Tubes can be centrifuged up to 30,000 x g without any problems.

Application

Eppendorf® Flex-Tubes Microcentrifuge Tubes ensure comfort and dependability for sample preparation, centrifugation, and storage. It can be useful in molecular biology, biochemistry, and chemistry applications.
Eppendorf™Flex-Tubes Microcentrifuge Tubes are ideal for preparing samples, storage, or centrifugation
