HiTrap® Chelating HP is a prepacked ready to use, column for preparative affinity chromatography. The special design of the column, together with the matrix, provide fast, simple and easy separations in a convenient format. The columns can be operated with a syringe, peristaltic pump or liquid chromatography system such as AKTAdesign or FPLC™ Systems.
