Application

• Enhancing glioblastoma treatment: Overexpression of Let-7a-3p in U87MG glioblastoma cells enhances chemosensitivity to Carmustine, promoting autophagy and suppressing cell survival, suggesting its role in improving outcomes in glioblastoma multiforme treatment using antineoplastic alkylating compounds (Bahojb Mahdavi et al., 2024).
