General description

Propofol, also known as Diprivan®, is a short-acting, hypnotic drug intravenously administered for the induction and maintenance of general anesthesia and sedation. This internal standard is suitable for a variety of uses including forensic and forensic toxicology analysis, isotope dilution methods, calibrator preparation, and drug monitoring in plasma or whole blood.
