Consists of flexible silicone rubber nosepiece, hard plastic mouthpiece, and 15 inches of latex tubing.

Application

Aspirator tube assemblies for calibrated microcapillary pipettes have been used:
  • as a mouthpiece for pipettes to gently suction out plasmid solution
  • to aid during intrathoracic injection using a glass needle
  • as a mouth pipette attached to glass needles for transferring melanocytes to the culture dishes
