SIGMAFAST BCIP®/NBT has been used as a substrate
  • for the anti-mouse IgG conjugated alkaline phosphatase in immunoblotting[1]
  • for alkaline phosphatase in the histochemical staining of primary osteoblasts[2]
  • for alkaline phosphatase staining in bone marrow stromal cells[3]

Reconstitution

Each tablet dissolved in 10 ml deionized water yields a ready-to-use buffered solution containing BCIP/NBT, pH 9.5.
