General description
Human lipopolysaccharide-binding protein (LBP) ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of a target protein in biological samples, such as serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, urine, and cell and tissue lysates. LBP is an acute-phase protein. It can initiate an immune response by binding to the bacterial cell wall. LBP is localized in the liver.
