Inhibits matrix metalloproteinase-3 (stromelysin) (IC50 = 5 µM). The inhibitor is based on a segment from the conserved region of the NH2-terminal propeptide domain.
Inhibits the matrix metalloproteinase MMP-3 (IC50 = 5 µM).
