Application

NIST1845A Whole egg powder standard reference material (SRM) is intended primarily for validation of methods for determining proximate, fatty acids, cholesterol, vitamins, elements, and amino acids in whole egg powder.

  • Reference values are expressed as mass fractions for other additional elements.
