General description

RM 8403 is a free-flowing powder of cocoa flavanols, and it is sealed in an aluminized mylar sachets.

Each unit of RM 8403 consists of five sachets each containing approximately 2 g of the material.

Application

Cocoa Flavanol Extract reference material (RM) is intended for harmonizing methods of the determination of cocoa flavanols and their oligomers, including those with a degree of polymerization (DP) of up to seven units.
