General description

The ProteoPrep® Detergent Sample Kit provides ten detergents, non-ionic and zwitterionic, for protein solublization. The variety of innovative detergents enables optimization of extraction methods, which may vary with the protein of interest and cell type. Zwitterionic detergents uniquely offer some intermediate class properties that are superior to other detergent types. Each detergent is supplied in a convenient package size, ideal for method development and experimentation.

Application

ProteoPrep® Detergent Sample Kit has been used as a component of sample buffer for hepatoblastoma (HB) HepG2 cells.

NADPH oxidases are important sources of reactive oxygen species (ROS) which act as signaling molecules in the regulation of protein expression, cell proliferation, differentiation, migration and cell death. The NOX1 subunit is over-expressed in several cancers and NOX1 derived ROS
