The Popular Detergent Kit is designed to allow for the convenient evaluation of 6 unique detergent reagents for their ability to influence membrane protein solubilization, purification, and stabilization during crystal growth. This kit provides a great starting point for determining which detergent or which class of detergent will work best for a particular membrane protein.
