What is the MilliporeSigma Lab-Starter program?
The MilliporeSigma Lab-Starter Program is a 6-month savings program for customers starting a new lab; renovating, expanding, or relocating their existing lab; or receiving new research grants or funding. Benefits include instant savings on over 200,000 high-quality products, plus much more.
Do I need to be an existing customer before registering for the program?
Yes, before your Lab-Starter membership can be approved, you must establish a customer account by placing your first REAGENT order on SigmaAldrich.com. Your first order must include a REAGENT to ensure the Account Review Process triggers automatically.
How do I register for the Lab-Starter program?
Visit SigmaAldrich.com/lab-starter and complete the registration form. If you registered for the NLSP before establishing a SigmaAldrich.com customer account, send a message to newlab@milliporesigma.com after you receive an order confirmation number OR confirmation that your account is approved.
What happens after I register for the Lab-Starter program?
Within 48 hours of your registration, expect to receive a 3-digit promo code and ordering instructions via email. Your code will be valid for 6 months of unlimited use. NOTE: The process may take longer for unestablished customers.
Will the Lab-Starter promo code work within my institution’s B2B system/punchout?

Do I need to submit additional forms to recieve my discounts/rebates?
No. Once you have submitted the form to register, all your discounts are in real-time. No need to submit additional forms and wait for rebates or discounts.
Will I receive discounts on all MilliporeSigma products?
The program offers discounts on over 200K MilliporeSigma products. The products must be available to purchase through SigmaAldrich.com.
