What is the MilliporeSigma Lab-Starter Program?
The MilliporeSigma Lab-Starter Program is a 6-month savings program for customers starting a new lab; renovating, expanding, or relocating their existing lab; or receiving new research grants or funding. Benefits include instant savings on over 200,000 high-quality products and free shipping, plus much more.
Do I need to be an existing customer before registering for the Program?
Yes, before your Lab-Starter membership can be approved, you must establish a customer account by placing your first order on SigmaAldrich.com. If you need a quote, please reach out to your MilliporeSigma Account Manager or visit our customer care portal for support.
How do I register for the program?
After establishing a customer account, visit SigmaAldrich.com/newlab and complete the registration form. If you already registered for the program before establishing your customer account, please register again at SigmaAldrich.com/newlab.
What happens after I register?
Your pricing contract will be created and linked to your online customer account profile. Within 72 hours expect to receive a welcome email with log-in credentials and ordering instructions.
How do I order through my company’s B2B purchasing platform?
We will provide a code allowing you to place your orders directly through your purchasing platform.
How do I obtain a code enabling me to purchase through my company’s platform?
Let us know when you register that you’ll be ordering through a B2B, and a promo code will be assigned to you within 72 hours. If you weren’t sure about your B2B platform status when registering, fill out the form below to let us know that you need a promo code.
Can I place my order over the phone or via e-mail?
Yes. Just be sure to reference your contract number or code in your e-mail or when you speak to your customer service representative.

Do I need to submit additional forms to receive my discounts/rebates?
No. Once you have submitted the form to register, all your discounts are in real-time. No need to submit additional forms and wait for rebates or discounts.
Will I receive discounts on all MilliporeSigma products?
The program offers discounts on over 200K MilliporeSigma products. The products must be available to purchase through SigmaAldrich.com.
