Valutek Laser-Sealed Polyester Wiper

VTPNWLS is Valutek's laser-sealed polyester wiper.It's crafted from 100% continuous filament polyester in a double-knit, no-run, interlock pattern, and featuring a laser-sealed edge.

This wiper is an ultra-clean and exceptionally absorbent product, known for its critically low levels of particulate and extractable counts. It is laundered and packaged within a controlled cleanroom environment.

All Valutek wipers are subjected to testing and manufacturing processes in ISO-compliant facilities, closely monitored by Valutek to uphold our stringent quality standards and product specifications.

Product Application:

Valutek classifies this product as "Nanotek" in terms of cleanliness level, and recommends it to use for  cleanroom Class 1-10 (ISO 3-4) critical environment.

This product is also widely employed for a diverse range of applications, including cleaning medical device products, maintaining video displays and instrument panels, as well as general wiping and cleaning tasks in the semiconductor and microelectronics industries.

Product Packaging:

• Available in three sizes: 4"x4" (600 wipers per bag), 9"x9" (150 wipers per bag), and 12"x12" (75 wipers per bag).
• Each wiper is  packaged in double poly bags, vacuum-sealed, flat-packed within carton boxes, and includes a carton liner.
