Soy PG is a phosphatidylglycerol (PG) mixture containing greater proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids.
애플리케이션
Soy PG or L-α-phosphatidylglycerol (Soy) (sodium salt) might be used:
- to study the interaction between phosphatidylglycerol (PG) and recombinant protein, AtROP6 (Rho-like GTPases), by comparing the classical protein lipid overlay (CPLO) and modified PLO (MPLO) assays
- in liposome sedimentation assay, microscale thermophoresis (MST) assay, ROP6 activity assay and PG profile analysis, to study the role of PG in activation of ROP6 GTPase in Arabidopsis
- in liposomes to study its effect on mouse keratinocyte proliferation

Soy PG is known to effectively prevent keratinocyte proliferation. Thus, it can treat keratinocyte hyperproliferation.
