This Standard Reference Material (SRM) is a solution of aromatic hydrocarbons, primarily polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) ranging in molecular mass from 128u to 302u, in toluene. This SRM is intended for use in the calibration of chromatographic instrumentation used for the determination of aromatic hydrocarbons, primarily PAHs. • Determination of retinol and retinyl esters in human plasma by high-performance liquid chromatography with automated column switching and ultraviolet detection.: This research utilizes the Superspher^® 100 RP-18 endcapped LICHROCART^™ 125-4 column for the precise measurement of retinol and retinyl esters in human plasma, demonstrating high efficiency and accuracy in the HPLC method (Hartmann et al., 2001).
