일반 설명
A series of Pre-mixed solutions of TRIZMA Base and TRIZMA HCl to provide commonly used pH values for Tris buffers. No mixing or pH adjustment necessary. Guaranteed accuracy ± 0.1 pH units.
Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane (Tris) is a standard buffer in biological sciences and has a pH buffering range between 7.0 - 9.0. It is applicable in electrophoretic studies and capillary electrochromatography.
애플리케이션
Trizma® hydrochloride solution has been used:
- as a buffer in reverse transcription and DNase I treatment reactions for RNA isolated from Toxoplasma gondii
- in the preparation of tris- ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) (TE) buffer for bacterial pellet resuspension for plasmid isolation studies
- for polylactic acid nanoparticle resuspension, storage, and pH-based stability studies

Parasites change their transcriptional systems in different developmental stages and in response to environmental changes. To investigate the molecular mechanisms that underlie transcriptional regulation, it is essential to identify the exact positions of the transcriptional start sites (TSSs) and characterize
