General description
Ena (VASP-like protein) is involved in many different cellular functions including cell migration and axon guidance. Studies have shown that Ena expression is significantly increased in breast cancer and that the level of expression is associated with tumor stage. Ena has also been linked to inner ear and hair cell development.
Specificity
This antibody recognizes Ena/VASP-like protein at the EVH2 region.
Immunogen
Epitope: EVH2 region
KLH-conjugated linear peptide corresponding to the EVH2 region of human Ena/VASP-like protein.
Application
Detect Ena/VASP-like protein using this Anti-Ena/VASP-like protein Antibody validated for use in WB & IC.
Immunocytochemistry Analysis: A 1:500 dilution from a representative lot detected Ena/VASP-like protein in NIH/3T3 cells.
