Reacts with the Coxsackie virus B1, B2, B3, B4, B5 and B6.

CROSS REACTIVITIES:

No cross-reactivity to CMV, HSV 1 & 2, Para 1, 2, &3, Poliovirus 1 & 3 or Mumps.

Application

Anti-Coxsackievirus B Blend Antibody, clone Blend of 6s is an antibody against Coxsackievirus B Blend for use in IF.
IFA at 1:100.

Dilute with buffer pH 7.5-8.0 containing protein or other stabilizing medium.

Final working dilutions must be determined by end user.
