Application
Reference material (RM) is intended for evaluatingmethods used to determine isoflavones in soy protein isolates and similarmaterials. It is also used for quality assurance when assigning values toin-house reference materials.
Features and Benefits
- Mass fraction values for isoflavones in soy protein isolate are provided on Dry-Mass Basis and traceable to the measurement processes and standards used by NIST.
- The non-certified mass fraction values of isoflavones are reported on a dry-mass basis and expressed as mass fraction (mg/kg)
- Expiration details, storage and use are provided on the NIST certificate.
Other Notes
Reference/Informational value is provided for the following analytes.
Daidzein (C15H10O4), Daidzin (C21H20O9), Genistein (C15H10O5), Genistin (C21H20O10), Glycitein (C16H12O), Glycitin (C22H22O10)
