Gene Information

human ... ADORA2B(136)

General description

Anti-ADORA2B Antibody detects endogenous levels of total ADORA2B protein.
ADORA2B (adenosine A2b receptor) is a G-protein coupled receptor. It is the most adenosine insensitive adenosine receptor. This gene is located on human chromosome 17p12-p11.2. Anti-ADORA2B Antibody detects endogenous levels of total ADORA2B protein.

Immunogen

The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human ADORA2B.

Immunogen Range: 231-280

Biochem/physiol Actions

ADORA2B (adenosine A2b receptor) acts as a therapeutic target for cancer treatment. The tumor cells can use A2b receptor to induce tumor progression. ADORA2B controls immune cell activity. It plays a major role in the transcriptional induction and protein stability of protein period 2 (Per2).
