Application

α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (MSH-α) is a neuroimmunomodulatory anti-inflammatory peptide with anti-microbial properties. Labelled and unlabelled D-Arg analogues such as [Nle4,DPhe7]-Biotinyl-α MSH and [D-Phe7]-MSH-α are used as α-MSH antagonists.
