General description

Solid phase extraction apparatus uses glass vials or tubes for sample collection and concentration. Some sorbents require large desorption volume than small SPE cartridges in such case SPE tubes were used. The 6 mL barrel is compatible with most vacuum-manifold devices and allows accurate loading of samples.

Application

Supelclean LC-18 SPE Tube was used in SPE to purify primary prostaglandins PGE2, PGF and their tissue metabolites.
