Description
Analysis Note
This application demonstrates the suitability of Ascentis Express Biphenyl for the separation of substituted PAHs. It shows the suitability of this phase for separations of extended aromatics and their oxygenated counter parts. These compounds are potentional metabolites, used as synthetic intermediates, and in the study of dihydrodiol dehydrogenase activity in celluar systems.
