General description

Lithium molybdate is a class of electrode material that can be used in the fabrication of lithium-ion batteries. Lithium-ion batteries consist of anode, cathode, and electrolyte with a charge-discharge cycle. These materials enable the formation of greener and sustainable batteries for electrical energy storage.[1][2][3][4]
We are committed to bringing you Greener Alternative Products, which adhere to one or more of The 12 Principles of Greener Chemistry. This product has been enhanced for energy efficiency. Find details here.

Application

Lithium molybdate can be used as an electrode material, a corrosion inhibitor, and a refrigerant. It has a three-dimensional framework that is useful in the fabrication of lithium-ion batteries. It facilitates the improvement of rate capability and cyclic stability of the electrochemical system.[5][6][7]
Used in comparative property studies of battery systems.
