General description

This stable-labeled internal standard is suitable for quantification of Vitamin K1 in LC-MS/MS clinical testing applications such as assessment of vitamin K deficiency as well as food and nutrition testing applications. Vitamin K1 (phylloquinone) is a fat-soluble vitamin that serves as a cofactor for vitamin K-dependent (VKD) proteins and enzymes which activate blood-clotting factors. Vitamin K1 is critical to many physiological processes including bone metabolism, arterial calcification, growth control, and signal transduction.
