General description

Aniline Blue is the traditional name applied to anionic dyes produced by successive phenylation and sulfonation of basic fuchsine. It is a mixture of methyl blue (Cl 42780, Acid blue 93) and water blue (Cl 42755, Acid blue 22).

Application

Aniline blue (nominally as methyl blue or water blue) is a component of commonly used polychrome stains. Heidenhain′s AZAN stain and the Mallory′s polychrome stain both entail staining steps using aniline blue-orange G mixtures. Aniline blue is used in Gomori′s one-step trichrome stain and Mallory′s connective tissue stain for tissue including kidney and intestine.

Suitability

Certified for use in Mallory′s connective tissue stain and Gomori′s one-step trichrome.

Oxathiapiprolin was developed as a specific plant pathogenic oomycete inhibitor, previously shown to have highly curative and protective activities against the pepper Phytophthora blight disease under field and greenhouse tests. Therefore, it was hypothesized that oxathiapiprolin might potentially activate the

Zebrafish heart regeneration depends on cardiac cell proliferation, epicardium activation and transient reparative tissue deposition. The contribution and the regulation of specific collagen types during the regenerative process, however, remain poorly characterized. Here, we identified that the non-fibrillar type XII
