General description

Reagent-cartridge Morpholine-2-spiro-(4-Pip) is a reagent cartridge for the Synple 2 Automated Synthesizer that enables the synthesis of a morpholine-piperidine spirocycle from an aldehyde through the use of a SnAP reagent. The cartridge contains all necessary reagents for transforming the chosen aldehyde into a morpholine-piperidine spirocycle.

Scale: up to 0.5 mmol
Heterocycle: Morpholine-piperdine spirocycle
Compatible substrates: aldehyde

  • Cu catalyst (Cu(OTF)2 and 2,6-lutidinium triflate)
