General description
We are pleased to offer these products from BioIVT.
Natural Killer cells or NK cells, are a subset of lymphocytes that are a component of innate immunity. NK cells are cytotoxic effector cells and play an important role in early response to viral infection and tumors. NK cells are isolated from peripheral blood or other lymphoid tissue and are separated from mononuclear cells via immunomagnetic separation.
Used for a variety of applications, NK cells are frequently utilized in drug discovery/development, assay validation/development, antibody dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity assays, and other immunology applications.
HLA characterization data is available for this product.
