Biochem/physiol Actions

Programmed death-1 (PD-1) and programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) interaction antagonist/blocker with anti-cancer efficacy in vitro and in vivo.

DPPA-1 is a programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and PD-1 ligand (PD-L1) interaction antagonist/blocker that targets PD-L1 via direct affinity binding (KD = 0.51 μM). DPPA-1 effectively blocks soluble Fc-labeled human PD-L1 from binding cell surface PD-1 in vitro and shows anti-tumor efficacy among CT26 tumor-bearing mice in vivo (2 mg/kg via daily i.p.).
