General description

Glass conical inserts with polymer feet are basically used to contain standard mixtures for various experimental purposes.

Application

It may be used to contain albumin standard solution in an absolute quantification method like protein hydrolysis, o-phthalaldehyde derivatization, and reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography analysis in a general-purpose UV-visible high-performance liquid chromatography system, employed for quantitative amino acid analysis.
