Anti-CD276 antibody produced in rabbit, a Prestige Antibody, is developed and validated by the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) project . 생화학적/생리학적 작용

CD276 is involved in the T cell activation and IFN (interferon)-γ production. It directly binds to putative counter-receptor on activated T cells to stimulate proliferation of both CD⁴⁺ and CD⁸⁺ T cells. It has been reported that CD276 may work as a biomarker in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis. CD276 is associated with the signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) signaling pathway in the human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
