General description

The first member of the Eshmuno® resin family, designed specifically for highly productive downstream bioprocessing

Features and Benefits

Eshmuno® S chromatography resin enables:

  • Purification of basic and neutral proteins (e.g., antibodies) and peptides specifically designed for highly productive downstream bioprocessing
  • High flow rate applications
  • High separation efficiency over a broad range of flow rates with a rigid matrix and optimized pore structure
  • Tentacle technology which provides high yield, selectivity, and focused elution
  • Multiple CIP and packing cycles with the chemically and physically robust bead, leading to a longer resin lifetime
  • Compatibility with 1 % (v/v) aqueous benzyl alcohol containing 150 mM NaCl and storage solutions 0.1 M NaOH
