Other species have not yet been tested. It is expected that the antibody will also react with human due to immunogen sequence similarity.

Synthetic peptides corresponding to different regions of the human/mouse MAP2 protein.

Application

Anti-MAP2 Antibody detects level of MAP2 & has been published & validated for use in IC, IH.
Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:2,000 using 2% paraformaldehyde fixed tissue.

Immunocytochemistry: 1:1000-1:2,000 using 2% paraformaldehyde fixed cells.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
