Human rheumatoid synovial T cell line ST-1.
Specificity
Clone UM4D4 detects 9-O-acetylated ganglioside GD3. GD3 is also known as CD60a. 9-O-acetylated GD3 is known as CDw60 or CD60b, while 7-O-acetylated GD3 is known as CD60c.
Application
Epitope: 9-O-acetylated disialosyl group on ganglioside GD3.
Quality
Evaluated by Flow Cytometry in human PBMCs.
Flow Cytometry Analysis: 1 µg of this antibody detected CDw60-positive human PBMCs.
Flow Cytometry Analysis: 1 µg of this antibody detected CDw60-positive human PBMCs.
Physical form
Purified mouse monoclonal IgMκ antibody in PBS without preservatives.
