1-ペンタデカノイル-2-オレオイル(d7)-sn-グリセロ-3-ホスホ-L-セリン（ナトリウム塩）は重水素化リン脂質です。ペンタデカン酸とオレイン酸に結合したホスファチジルセリンでできています。オレイン酸は重水素イオンを有しています。ホスファチジルセリンは細胞内膜の成分であり、代謝活性部位に存在します。髄鞘に豊富に存在する酸性リン脂質です。
また、この重水素標識脂質は複数の脂質標準物質による1つの製剤で入手可能です。SPLASH™ LIPIDOMIX™ Mass Spec Standardは、ヒト血漿に比例する比率で主要な脂質クラスのすべてを含んでいるため、1つの簡単な内部標準溶液をあらゆるサンプルに加えることができます。
アプリケーション
15:0-18:1-d7-PS［別名：1-ペンタデカノイル-2-オレオイル(d7)-sn-グリセロ-3-ホスホ-L-セリン（ナトリウム塩）］は以下の用途に用いられています。
- 生体試料から脂質を単離する際の抽出溶媒の成分として
- 細胞ライセートに添加する内部標準物質として、フーリエ変換質量分析（FTMS）による脂質分子種定量に
- 肝臓ホモジネートに添加する内部標準物質として、ショットガンエレクトロスプレーイオン化タンデム質量分析（ESI-MS）による脂質定量に
生物化学的／生理学的作用
ホスファチジルセリン（PS）は多くの制御機能を調整する、酵素、チャネル、および各種受容体の調節因子です。PSの補充は運動誘発性ストレスを軽減します。PSは神経伝達に必須であり、神経細胞の変性を防ぎ、認知機能をサポートします。
