免疫グロブリンG（IgG）は、ファゴサイトーシスなどの免疫応答を調節する糖タンパク質抗体であり、自己免疫疾患の発症にも関与しています。マウスIgGは、4種類の異なるアイソタイプ、つまり、IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b、およびIgG3に分類されます。IgG1は、マウスにおいて補体結合を制御します。抗マウスIgG（全分子）-ビオチン抗体は、すべてのマウス免疫グロブリンに結合します。
