Normal goat serum from healthy animals collected from USDA inspected facilities. All animals have received ante and post mortem inspections and were found to be free of contagious diseases.

Application

Blocking reagent. Dilute as needed with PBS or other buffer. Typical working concentrations are 0.1-5% serum in buffer. For best results, it is recommended to filter the diluted serum solution through a 0.2-0.45μm membrane prior to use.Blocking reagent; dilute as needed with PBS or other buffer. Optimal dilutions determined by enduser.

Physical form

Liquid clean serum, unfiltered, containing no preservatives.

Storage and Stability

Store frozen at -20°C in undiluted aliquots for up to twelve months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
